QRFx-ROMP: Rapid Opportunity Minimum Proposal
A QRFx-ROMP is a very quick turn RFx, typically 2 days to 2 weeks. Typically, BD and Capture have not been done on the opportunity, it popped up on a bid board. We use AI to drive the development of the response. We assemble a ROMP (flash team) to focus on the response and they use AI to evaluate the opportunity, develop a compliant RFx response, and to assist in writing the proposal and its sections. This is overseen by one of our Senior AI proposal consultants who has more than 10 years preparing and/or writing RFx's. Characteristics include: Rapid strategic triage, RFP shredding, Parallel content development (2 Days to 2 Weeks), Distributed writing in parallel.
QRFx-RAFT: Resourced Action Facilitation Team
A QRFx-RAFT is a traditional approach to the RFx, typically requiring >2 weeks to respond. BD and Capture have been successfully accomplished and there is a Capture Strategy Plan. We use AI to augment the development of the response. We assemble a RAFT (flash team) to focus on the response and they use AI to evaluate the opportunity, develop a compliant RFx response, and to augment writing the proposal and its sections. Each member of a RAFT is a Senior AI proposal consultant who has more than 10 years preparing and/or writing RFx's. Characteristics include: Only Senior level personnel are contributors, Outcome focused with a clear Win Strategy integrated throughout.
